Animal Affection (Wirral) is a small business which is run by husband and wife team Lorna and Larry Hooton and we have no employees. Lorna is a Qualified Veterinary Nurse with over 10 years experience with a particular interest in medical nursing.
For a number of years Lorna worked as the Senior Ward Nurse in a busy veterinary practice which had a ward dedicated to providing nursing care for long stay patients. During this time she nursed a variety of animals with many illnesses including, diabetes, kidney disease, road traffic accidents resulting in fractures and soft tissue injuries and even tortoises with post-hibernation anorexia.
We will be happy to visit your cats each day to replenish their food and water, clean litter trays, brush or comb your cat and take time to give them lots of fuss and plenty of TLC.
We are fully insured with NARPS (National Association of Registered Pet Sitters). We are both CRB police checked and these along with references are available on request.
